Time & Availability

Monday - Thursday bookings are available at an hourly rate from 8:00am-12:00am.

Friday - Sunday time slots are available in 5-hour intervals beginning at 8:00am, 1:30pm, and 7:00pm. A 7-hour slot is available from 11:00am - 6:00pm for an additional $150. Please allot proper time from your booking for decorating and the last hour for cleanup. If you desire more time, please select multiple slots on the calendar or contact us to add by the hour. Contact us for special request.

Decor & Rentals

Mahogany Moon offers decorating services for your event. Contact us with your theme, and we will compile decor items for your selection.

Please remember that the first hour of your booking will be reserved for decorating. More time can be added by selecting multiple time slots or booking the 7-hour time slot (11a - 6p).

Table linens & chair covers are NOT included. They must be rented

Items can still be rented if you do not desire our decoration services

Booking & Security Deposit

At the time of booking you may pay in full or a half payment for your event. If you choose half payment, the remainder is due 4 weeks prior to your event (along with other purchases such as catering, decor, and bartending services).

Bookings made within the 4 week mark must be paid in full immediately.

A $200 security deposit is also required 4 weeks before your event. This will be returned upon inspection of the venue to ensure no damages have occurred to the property. You may pay online via an invoice (will be sent via Square with a +3.5% service fee) or in cash/check (no 3.5%service fee).

Cleaning

You may clean yourself or purchase our cleaning services for $75 when booking your event. Clients who clean after themselves must abide by the cleaning duties listed in the Booking Contract. Failure to clean properly will result in Security Deposit being kept. Self cleaning must be complete by the specified end time.

For purchased services, Mahogany Moon requires guest to be outside of the premises before at the last hour of your booking to allow our staff a full hour of cleaning time.

Catering

Alcohol

Mahogany Moon offers bartending services starting with a $100 service fee. Please contact us for more information regarding pricing.
